FlowPost Pro strictly collects only the data required to facilitate authorized social media scheduling, video uploads, and analytics via official partner APIs:

OAuth Account Identifiers: Public User IDs, display names, usernames, avatars, Facebook Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, YouTube Channel IDs, and TikTok Open IDs granted during the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow on FlowPost Pro (https://flowpost.lat/api/auth/callback).
OAuth Access Tokens: Secure, encrypted access and refresh tokens required for FlowPost Pro to communicate with TikTok for Developers APIs (Login Kit & Content Posting API), Meta Graph API, and YouTube Data API on your behalf.
Content and Metadata: Video files, images, captions, titles, scheduled publication timestamps, and privacy settings submitted by the user for publishing through FlowPost Pro.

2. How FlowPost Uses Your Information

FlowPost Pro uses your information exclusively for the following operational purposes:

Authenticating your social media channels via official OAuth 2.0 flows (including TikTok Login Kit, Meta Login, and Google OAuth) at FlowPost Pro.
Uploading and publishing scheduled videos, TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook videos, and YouTube Shorts to your designated channels via official APIs (such as TikTok Content Posting API).
Providing real-time publishing status updates and delivery logs inside your FlowPost Pro workspace.

                Strict Data Protection Commitment: FlowPost never sells, rents, trades, or shares your personal data, OAuth tokens, or private media assets with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
            

3. Data Storage and Security

All OAuth credentials and session tokens managed by FlowPost Pro are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and transmitted exclusively over TLS/HTTPS (https://flowpost.lat). Access is strictly isolated per user account and workspace.

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance

FlowPost Pro integrates with official third-party APIs including TikTok for Developers (TikTok Privacy Policy), Meta Platforms, and Google YouTube API Services (Google Privacy Policy). Users can revoke FlowPost Pro access at any time from their TikTok, Meta, or Google security settings.

5. User Data Deletion Instructions

Users maintain full ownership and control over their data on FlowPost Pro.
